Drew Industries Appoints Chief Legal Officer

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., March 7 -- Drew Industries Incorporated , a leading supplier of components for recreational vehicles ("RV") and manufactured housing ("MH"), today announced that Harvey F. Milman has been appointed Vice President-Chief Legal Officer.

Prior to his appointment at Drew, Milman was a partner at the law firm of Phillips Nizer LLP, and has served as counsel to the Company for many years. Milman also serves as Assistant Secretary of Drew. Milman will oversee all of Drew's legal and compliance activities and assist with the Company's ongoing mergers and acquisitions efforts.

Milman holds the J.D. and L.L.M. degrees from NYU School of Law. His practice has been concentrated in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities law offerings and compliance and corporate governance.
