Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals Brings in a Big Dog

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--March 2, 2005--Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, a subsidiary of MBA Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: MBAH), has entered into a licensing agreement with Rio Grande Big Dog Motorcycles of Albuquerque, N.M., making it now a Blue Sky rental location. Rio Grande Big Dog Motorcycles is one of the premier Big Dog dealerships in the country and is a popular destination well known for its quality service, impressive showroom and the Easyrider Grill. The proprietor, Clif Fodge, is a successful and highly respected member of the motorcycle industry. Based on prior business relations with Blue Sky, Fodge chose to have his Big Dog dealership's existing rental operations operate exclusively as a Blue Sky licensee. Albuquerque is the primary airport hub for visitors to the tourist towns of Santa Fe and Taos, making it an important rental location in the Southwest.

Blue Sky has just landed in Daytona, Fla., with truckloads of rental bikes to service the rental reservations of bikers arriving for Daytona Bike Week this Friday. Among the rental bikes are the new custom spec bikes built by Carefree for Blue Sky. All of the bikes have been fully prereserved. Blue Sky is actively negotiating with new licensees to open additional locations around the country, some of which could potentially increase the overall number of bikes under contract by a significant percentage above the current Blue Sky rental fleet in operation.
