NowAuto Provides Corporate Update for March 2005
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 28, 2005 -- NowAuto announces current developments for March 2005. Scott Miller, CEO states, "As we have stated previously, we feel it is important to provide frequent corporate updates to our shareholders since we are currently a non-reporting company. We expect March to be our first month exceeding $1 million in auto sales and with the previously announced acquisition closing in March, we expect April to be our first month exceeding $2 million in sales. Additionally, we expect subsequent months to show growth as we add inventory and begin our marketing blitz using radio, television, print ads, and begin distribution of our own 18 page auto publication, beginning March 1, 2005."
Business Outlook NowAuto management offers the following outlook for March 2005: * Navicom will launch its updated version of its portable battery-powered unit focused on homeland security, law enforcement, and private sectors. * Today, Keith Tench, will start his role as the new President of Navicom. * NowAuto expects record sales in March for automobile sales, auto financing, and Navicom GPS subscriptions. * Marketing campaign with Univision and other top networks will begin in March including TV and radio advertising. * NowAuto expects to close its major acquisition in March with $15 million in stand-alone annual sales. * NowAuto will prepare its Form 10 to become fully reporting as soon as the acquisition closes. * NowAuto launches new television campaigns in the Arizona markets on Cops, Fear Factor, and Jerry Springer.
