Rush Enterprises Participates in Credit Suisse First Boston's 3rd Annual Truck Builders Conference

SAN ANTONIO--Feb. 2, 20054, 2005--Rush Enterprises Inc. today announced it will participate in a dealer panel discussion at Credit Suisse First Boston's 3rd Annual Truck Builders Conference to take place in New York City on March 2, 2005. Rush Enterprises' continuing operations include the largest network of Peterbilt heavy-duty truck dealerships in North America and a construction equipment dealership in Houston.

The CSFB conference will explore the demand outlook for heavy-duty trucks in 2005 and beyond. Marvin Rush, Chairman and CEO of Rush Enterprises and Rusty Rush, President and COO of Rush Enterprises, will field questions from a group of institutional investors regarding various aspects of the trucking industry.

The dealer panel discussion, in which Rush management will participate, will be held on Wednesday, March 2 at the CSFB offices located at One Madison Avenue from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. ET.
