Comdata Launches ServiceMaster Fleet Fuel Card

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--Feb. 2, 20052, 2005--Comdata announced today the successful launch of ServiceMaster's new BusinessLink MasterCard Corporate Fleet Card(R) program.

ServiceMaster, one of the nation's largest business fleets with such home and business brands as American Home Shield, American Mechanical Service, American Residential Services, Terminix, TruGreen ChemLawn, TruGreen Landcare, Merry Maids, ServiceMaster Clean, and Furniture Medic, will use BusinessLink for fleet fuel purchasing and management with plans to add maintenance purchasing using a "virtual card" number in the near future.

BusinessLink is a suite of business payment services including purchasing (fleet, fuel, and T&E) as well as electronic employee pay and reimbursement.

"We love this product," said Tod Beers, fuel manager for ServiceMaster. "We have better acceptance for our fueling and maintenance needs."

"BusinessLink's virtual card capability is an especially attractive feature to a fleet as large and far-ranging as ServiceMaster," Randy Morgan, senior vice president and general manager of Comdata's Business Services Division, said. "This capability makes it easy for fleet managers to control spending and payment to vendors for maintenance services, reducing process cost for any fleet."

Beers cited customer service as being a leading reason for ServiceMaster's switch to Comdata.

"Comdata more than delivered in customer service," said Beers. "They worked hard for us - and had us up and running from setup to card delivery in five weeks."
