Copart, Inc. to Webcast Second Quarter Fiscal 2005 Results

FAIRFIELD, Calif.--Feb. 1, 20058, 2005--Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the second quarter of its fiscal 2005 after the close of market on Tuesday, March 1, 2005.

The following morning a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company's performance for the second quarter ending January 31, 2005.
