SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 18, 2005 -- Lear Corporation today announced that the 2005 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the Camino Real Hotel, 101 South El Paso Street, El Paso, Texas 79901, on Thursday, May 5, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and vote at, the meeting is the close of business on March 18, 2005.
