LoJack Corporation Appoints Kevin M. Mullins to SVP/GM, U.S. Automotive Channel

Promotion Reinforces LoJack's Commitment to Its Core Distribution Channel

WESTWOOD, Mass., Feb. 18 -- LoJack Corporation today announced the appointment of Kevin M. Mullins to Senior Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Automotive Channel, underscoring the company's commitment to continue increasing its penetration and enhancing its customer service in its primary distribution channel. Mr. Mullins, 50, has been with LoJack since 1996, most recently as Vice President of Sales.

LoJack CEO Joseph F. Abely said, "Continuing to be successful deepening our penetration in the automotive channel is a very important company focus. Under Kevin's leadership we have made great strides over the past year augmenting our account management and dealer training, as well as expanding our base of dealer partners, which resulted in increased unit sales. In the first nine months of 2004, LoJack unit sales in the U.S. automotive channel increased by 17%. Kevin Mullins played a key role in these accomplishments -- which is why we are so pleased to make this announcement today."

Mr. Mullins was most recently Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining the company, he held a variety of positions at Proctor & Gamble Company, Inc.
