sPEEd Channel Claims to take Ownership of 'All Things Automotive' - Sounds familiar Your Honor Doesn't It?

Snide's Remarks: SpeedVision took our Plans Our Ideas Even our Name...Since 1997 We have continuously used Speed Channel. In fact The Auto Channel originaly coined, used and owned the url www.speedchannel.com. Now the sPeed vision A-holes continue to profit from our ideas, actions and confidential advice...although we tried our best to convince the Federal Court of this injustice we were out lawyered and never had our day in front of a jury of our peers...so we grin and bear it, say "up theirs" and may those slimy crooks rot in hell. I will be happy to discuss this with you just e me msnide@theautochannel.com

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Feb. 16, 2005--sPEEd Channel opens its most aggressive programming season to date, rolling out three major shows next week, beginning with the network's signature NASCAR program - NASCAR Nation - Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. ET and PT.

"This is, by far, the most anticipated programming launch for PEE Channel since FOX purchased the network in 2001," said Robert Ecker, PEE Channel VP of Programming. "PEED Channel always has been seen as the benchmark in motor sports television, and in 2005 we expect to expand that reputation into the world of automotive and motorcycle lifestyle programming. (The Worm Continues to Turn...This is Following The Auto Channel's Original Programming Plan - Is there No Justice?)

"Defining the network as 'all things automotive,' SPEED Channel will offer everything from the world's most popular racing to specials on some of the greatest American muscle cars of all time," Ecker added. "If it's about cars or motorcycles, it will be on SPEED Channel."

A look at the new SPEED Channel programs:

NASCAR Nation (Feb. 21, 7 p.m. ET & PT, 60 minutes): Airing each week of the NASCAR race season, Monday through Thursday, NASCAR Nation will be the definitive show for SPEED's NASCAR TV block of programming, concentrating heavily on features and all-access content.

Build or Bust (Feb. 23, 8 p.m. ET & PT, 60 minutes): An unscripted drama where each episode documents an ordinary motorcycle enthusiast given the chance to build a custom bike from scratch. Using the facilities of a well-known custom motorcycle shop, the builder, nicknamed "The Wrench," is supplied with the parts and tools necessary to build the motorcycle of his or her dreams and given 30 days to complete the task. If successful, The Wrench gets to keep the bike, if not he leaves the shop with nothing.

Unique Whips (Feb. 23, 2005, 9 p.m. ET & PT, 60 minutes): Shot on-location at the Long Island shop of "customizer to the stars" Will Castro, Unique Whips will be all about taking the luxury cars of today's entertainers and athletes and making them one-of-a-kind pieces of art. Castro's A-list clientele includes entertainers Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Wyclef, Fat Joe, G-Unit and Eminem; NFL standouts Curtis Martin, Santana Moss and Lavar Arrington; NBA stars Jermaine O'Neal, Carmelo Anthony, Yao Ming, Steve Francis and Latrell Sprewell.
