Saxon Motorcycle's Operations Rev-Up with GE Capital Relationship and Dealer Network Growth

CASA GRANDE, Ariz.--Feb. 1, 20056, 2005--Saxon Motorcycle Co. announced today the start of national wholesale and retail finance programs with industry-leading lender, GE Capital, and the rapid growth of its dealer network.

"By entering into a relationship with GE Capital, we are able to ensure that our dealers will have enough inventory on hand to meet the anticipated high consumer demand for the Saxon line and be able to offer the array of consumer finance alternatives needed to be successful in this market," said Mike Gaber, co-founder and chief financial officer. Saxon also announced a partnership with Serviceguard Systems Inc. to offer a private labeled extended warranty that will allow consumers to cover their Saxon Motorcycles for up to six years. "We are coming to market with a comprehensive F&I program designed to meet the needs of our dealers and consumers. It is these types of programs that will help propel Saxon to the pinnacle of the industry," added Gaber.

Saxon also announced the signing of its first nine dealers. "We have carefully selected dealers who have established a reputation for excellence in both sales volume and customer satisfaction in their market and who are looking for a manufacturer they can truly partner with," said Mike O'Brien, chief marketing officer. Saxon has appointed dealers in California, Illinois, Indiana, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, Arizona and Missouri, and is in the process of adding dealers in at least 10 additional states.

"Junior," owner of Lifestyle Cycles in Anaheim, Calif., commented, "Saxon allows us to offer affordable, stylish motorcycles made by a company that understands our needs. We believe that Saxon will become a major part of our business this year."
