Simrit Earns Quality Achievement Award from Polaris
Technology Specialist achieves perfect quality for second consecutive year
PLYMOUTH, Mich., Feb. 16 -- Simrit, the industrial products division of Plymouth, Mich.-based Freudenberg-NOK, was recently honored by Polaris Industries Inc. with its Quality Achievement Award for having a defect rate of zero parts per million (ppm). In fact, this is the company's second consecutive year of supplying Polaris with perfect quality products.
Simrit was one of only 22 suppliers to earn the prestigious award, given to companies that achieve low defect rates in two categories -- less than 100 and 100-300 ppm.

Simrit currently supplies Polaris with valve stem seals and reed valves that are manufactured at the company's facility in Cleveland, Ga., and though an affiliate company in Taiwan, respectively.
