Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Declares 132nd Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio, Feb. 15, 2005 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable March 31, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close of business March 7, 2005. This will mark the 132nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
