Howard Kesten, President of APA Search, explains that "During the course of any of our retained search projects, we typically recruit hundreds of individuals in order to screen down to the handful of semi-finalist candidates that we then interview in person. On a monthly basis, APA Search will publish the profiles of eight to twelve automotive professionals from different functional backgrounds including Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain, manufacturing / Distribution Operations, IT and more. The candidates will be both mid and senior-level.
