Since the initial debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October, Aqua Xtremes' team has forged forward in efforts to ensure product launch for the spring of 2005. We are reaffirming our optimism in keeping on schedule.

Art Robins, CEO, stated, "In December we started our tooling for several of our components, and issued several blanket orders to our vendors in preparation of production by March 2005. Most of this tooling process has been completed and now going through review, testing, and final approval in preparation for production." Robins continues, "In order to provide the most versatile light weight, and cost effective Xboard(TM), we developed a choice for our consumers. The Carbon Fiber model will weigh 125-130 pounds complete and our fiberglass model will weigh 160-165 pounds. These hulls are now in production and will be arriving in our assembly facility in March. We will be exhibiting both models at the Miami International Boat Show February 17-21."

Xtreme Engines, a subsidiary of Aqua Xtremes Inc., was formed to design, test and produce our power plant for the Xboard featuring a rotary configuration, which is similar to that of a 4 stroke engine, except it is done in one stroke. Effectively in 2006 the use of 2 stroke engines will no longer be a valuable power plant for use in the United States, and most of the world. In an effort to stay on the cutting edge, the development of a propane engine is also underway, and we expect it to be available late second quarter or early third quarter. Our initial testing confirmed we met the requirements of the EPA, but to insure worldwide acceptance, our need is to surpass Euro 3 automotive standards. We will be submitting our engines shortly for testing which is a two-part test program. The first is a test for emissions and the second is an endurance test under varying loads with production starting immediately thereafter. We will be marketing both engines world wide, and have been approached with blanket orders to start supplying other Watercraft and Aero Space OEMs.

We wish to publicly thank the dedicated work and efforts of our affiliate companies who have contributed to the production of the Xboard(TM). These companies include: Atkins Rotary, BMC -- Stimpson, CyberAds, Design Engine, Electrosport, Fibersolution, GPT International, Hines Group & Companies, Nacio Systems, NeoMek Design & Engineering, Matrix, Ryantech Engineering, Summit Machine, and a special thanks to the team members of the R&D groups of Aqua Xtremes, and Xtreme Engines.
