Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation Increases Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Feb. 9, 2005 -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock. The annual rate of $0.24 represents a 9.1% increase over the dividend paid in 2003. The dividend is payable on March 4, 2005 to holders of record on February 22, 2005.
