Patriot Motorcycles Launches National TV Ad Campaign with Agreement with 'Steel Dreams TV' Show

DANA POINT, Calif.--Feb. 8, 2005--Patriot Motorcycles Corporation(TM) (Pink Sheets:PMCY) today announced the launch of their national television ad campaign with an agreement with the syndicated celebrity motor sports show "Steel Dreams TV."

Patriot reached an agreement with the acclaimed, nationally syndicated television program Steel Dreams as part of Patriot's continuing efforts to fully brand its Yamoto line of ATVs and dirt bikes. Steel Dreams, now in its fourth season, is regarded as a pioneer of the extremely popular genre of celebrity/motorcycle action shows.

"Steel Dreams is excited about having a dynamic young company like Patriot Motorcycles on board," stated Mike Shannon, CEO/Chairman of Steel Dreams. "The Patriot line fits perfectly into our show's demographics and we are excited to help them be the first to brand a Chinese-manufactured line of ATVs and dirt bikes."

Patriot's agreement with Steel Dreams calls for an expansion of the traditional advertiser/content provider relationship. Patriot will be featured in integrated "behind the scenes" segments and Steel Dreams episodes set to air in the key spring viewing season will showcase the Boost Mobile Freestyle MX Tour 2005 presented by Yamoto by Patriot.

Steel Dreams TV reaches over 70 million households and is carried in 165 local markets. The show is watched by motor sports fans that are ready to further invest in their leisure and recreational activities.

Michel Attias, CEO of Patriot, stated: "Steel Dreams TV enables Patriot to take our brand-building efforts and dealer network expansion to the next level. The program offers us value for the reach and we will benefit from the tremendous target audience." Attias added, "National television has been a major goal for the growth of our company and today we have achieved that significant goal."

The Patriot spots were created by Nashville, Tenn.-based NICE Fish Films, whose shop has helmed campaigns for Clear Channel and DreamWorks.

Patriot's 30-second commercials will begin airing the weekend of Feb. 18, 2005-20 to coincide with the Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo in Indianapolis, which is the largest motorcycle industry show in the world.
