Becton Schantz Inc. Introduces New Document to Data Product

ATLANTA--Feb. 8, 2005--Becton Schantz Inc., one of the largest providers of back office automation products and services for the CPG industry, announced that they have introduced a new product, GenDoc(TM), which electronically converts faxed and printed documents into electronic data.

GenDoc(TM) enables the user to easily convert faxed and printed documents into data used for order processing, invoice reconciliation and other back office administrative functions. GenDoc(TM) addresses the needs of retailers, manufacturers, distributors and sales agents replacing the time consuming, error prone task of manually entering thousands of faxed and printed documents into a company's enterprise system. Examples of how GenDoc(TM) can be used are:

-- Orders received by fax no longer have to be manually entered into the enterprise order processing system. Orders are automatically validated and created using GenDoc(TM).

-- Invoices, received through the mail, no longer have to be entered into the enterprise system. Invoices are automatically validated and created or updated using GenDoc(TM).

GenDoc(TM) will have a substantial impact on the time and effort required to convert fax and printed documents into electronic data, providing our clients with an immediate return on investment.
