WireSpring, ZBMS and Diehl Motor Company Team up to Give Away New Suzuki; James Wakefield Selected as Winner from Users of Showroom Kiosk Systems at 7 Diehl Locations

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Feb. 7, 2005--WireSpring Technologies, a developer of software and technology for interactive kiosks and digital signage systems, today announced that Diehl Motor Company has given away a new Suzuki using the FireCast/ZBMS showroom kiosk system. The winner, James Wakefield, drove his new vehicle home on December 31 as part of Diehl's year-end promotion. Diehl uses the kiosks in each of its locations to automate the customer registration and follow-up process, resulting in increased sales volume and higher customer satisfaction.

"We're thrilled that Diehl Motor Company chose FireCast as the basis for this exciting giveaway, and our congratulations go out to Mr. Wakefield and his family," said WireSpring CEO William Gerba. "Diehl's success in using self-service kiosks to optimize their sales process serves as a model for any auto dealer seeking to maximize their sales volume and customer satisfaction scores."

The showroom kiosk system, in use at Diehl as well as numerous other dealer groups nationwide, makes the sales process more efficient through a simple, four-step process:

-- Collect customer information (e.g. name, email address, vehicle preferences) through an intuitive, touchscreen interface, which establishes a customer profile from the very first interaction in the showroom.

-- Print pre-filled dealer worksheets, test drive forms, and buyer's orders to streamline the quote and purchase process.

-- Distribute coupons and special offers to encourage same-day sales.

-- Track customer behavior and automate follow-up via a centralized CRM system, including email and call center activities.

While most auto dealers see sales growth of 15-20% from the system, Diehl Toyota has achieved an incredible 79% sales increase. Across the 7 dealer group, sales have increased sales by an aggregate of 125 cars per month.

The Diehl kiosk network is managed by ZBMS (www.zbms.net), a unit of Omnicom's Zimmerman Partners Advertising.

In addition to touchscreen guest registration kiosks at auto dealers nationwide, WireSpring also offers dynamic digital signs that display new car information, current specials, and informational content on the showroom floor.
