Mesco Building Solutions Announces Multi-Race Agreement with Baldwin-Tafel

Mesco Building Solutions Announces

Multi-Race Agreement with Baldwin-Tafel

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., February 4, 2005 - Baldwin-Tafel Racing and Mesco
Building Solutions are proud to announce a multi-race partnership for
the 2005 Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series. The agreement between
the nation's leader in custom engineered building systems and the
second-year GT class team is a landmark event for each. It is Mesco's
first foray into motorsports as a marketing tool for the Southlake,
Texas-based company and marks a significant milestone in the
Baldwin-Tafel Racing business strategy. Baldwin-Tafel Racing owners Jack
Baldwin (Marietta, Ga.) and Jim Tafel (Alpharetta, Ga.) made the
announcement with Mesco Building Solutions Division president Kimball D.
Wells. The partnership launches this weekend with the debut of the No.
73 Mesco Building Solutions Porsche in Rolex 24 At Daytona.

Mesco Building Solutions, formerly Mesco Metal Buildings, is a leading
manufacturer of custom engineered building systems for the commercial,
industrial and institutional markets. Mesco, founded in 1955, is a
wholly owned subsidiary of NCI Building Systems, Inc., the largest
manufacturer of metal construction products for the North American
building construction industry. Experienced staff engineers use Mesco's
state-of-the-art technology to translate customers' needs into a steel
framing system that considers cost, function, quality and appearance.
These systems are produced in any one of a number of NCI facilities
across the country, utilizing modern equipment designed specifically for
the production of engineered building systems. NCI is a publicly held
company trading on the New York Stock Exchange under NCS.

Mesco joins Alchemy Training Solutions and Davis Communications, both
founding partners in Baldwin-Tafel, as part of a concerted effort to
utilize motorsports as a marketing platform for business-to-public and
business-to-business opportunities. Alchemy and Davis enjoyed
considerable success in Baldwin-Tafel's six-race 2004 season as each
focused on the significant benefits of corporate hospitality in the
Grand American paddock.

Baldwin-Tafel Racing will begin its first full season in the Grand
American Rolex Sports Car Series with the 43rd Annual Rolex 24 At
Daytona. The Mesco Building Solutions Porsche 911 GT3 Cup No. 73 will be
piloted by Baldwin, Tafel, 2004 Rolex 24 GT class winner Robin Liddell
(Northampton, England), 2004 Grand-Am Cup champion Craig Stanton (Long
Beach, Calif.) and three year Rolex Series veteran Andrew Davis (Bogart,
Ga.).

Since its inception, Baldwin-Tafel has been built around a long-term
business strategy to give the team strength on and off the track. With
the equally important goals of creating a championship-caliber team and
providing a high level return on investment (ROI) as a marketing
platform, Baldwin-Tafel Racing has positioned itself as a true win-win
organization for its corporate partners. At the center of this strategy
is Jim Tafel. Tafel, an experienced and successful entrepreneur,
carefully crafted the long-term business objectives prior to the first
wheel being turned on a racetrack.

Quotes:

Kimball D. Wells,

president, Mesco Building Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of NCI
Building Systems, Inc.: "From our very first meeting with the
Baldwin-Tafel Racing organization it was evident that they pride
themselves on their high level of professionalism and their commitment
to being the best they can be. At Mesco Building Solutions,
professionalism is one of the most important ingredients in our success.
Our corporate motto of 'making buildings that make our builders the
best' makes our partnership with Baldwin-Tafel a perfect fit. We view
our involvement in the Grand American series as an excellent opportunity
to promote our company in a business to business environment."

Roger Edmondson, president, Grand American Road Racing Assoc.: "We are
very pleased to welcome Mesco Building Solutions to the Grand American
family of team sponsors. Mesco is a world leader in custom engineered
building products and it is an honor to have such a company as a sponsor
in Grand American. It is a testimony to the fact that the philosophies
of the Rolex Series and of the Baldwin-Tafel Racing organization are
working. As a series we have been able to create an environment in which
not only professional racing businesses like Baldwin-Tafel can flourish,
but their corporate partners, like Mesco can as well. Success breeds
success. I wish Mesco and Baldwin-Tafel Racing a strong and enduring
partnership in the Rolex Series."

Jack Baldwin, owner/driver: "It's an honor to have Mesco Building
Solutions as our partner at Baldwin-Tafel Racing. This sport is built on
partnerships and Baldwin-Tafel's philosophy will always be to create
mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. I think that we are
a perfect fit for the marketing objectives that Mesco has and we are
eager to show them the benefits of a Baldwin-Tafel motorsports marketing
effort."

Jim Tafel, owner/driver: "I'm elated to have a group as strong as Mesco
Building Solutions joining Baldwin-Tafel Racing. Their involvement with
us has already been sensational. It is our goal to give them more than
they give us. That is what I think it takes to make a win-win situation
for both sides. We believe in partnerships, not one-sided marketing
platforms. We are working very hard to create a successful environment
for Mesco to do business with our team and within Grand American
racing."
