Malcolm Bricklin to Release First Set of Pictures of Chery Factory, Cars and Working Sessions From Recent Trip to China

Visionary Vehicles Founder Will Follow GM's Rick Wagoner With a "Gift" for GM and News About New Chinese Models

NEW YORK, Feb. 4 -- WHO:         Malcolm Bricklin -- Founder and CEO of Visionary Vehicles --
                who recently announced a historic agreement with Chery
                Automobiles of China to import the first Chinese-made cars
                to the United States.

   WHAT:        Bricklin will hold a press conference to reveal the first
                pictures from a recent visit to China, and announce new
                details about models, prices and quality.  Malcolm will also
                have a gift for GM CEO Rick Wagoner.

   BKGND INFO:  Visionary Vehicles LLC, an international automobile
                import/distribution company founded by Malcolm Bricklin, has
                announced a historic agreement with Chery Automobile
                Company, to import a totally new line of quality vehicles at
                exceptionally low prices to North America.  These vehicles
                are targeted to be priced 30% below comparable models
                currently sold in the marketplace and will have a warranty
                equal to the best in the industry: 10-years/100,000 miles.

                Separately, General Motors has been in a legal battle with
                Chery Automobiles over the Chery QQ, which GM says is
                identical in design to the Chevrolet Spark and is also
                manufactured in China.  The QQ is reportedly outselling the
                GM product almost 6-to-1 because of its high quality and 20%
                lower price tag.
