Autobase, Inc. Introduces Strategic Partner Certification Program

INDIANAPOLIS--Jan. 3, 20051, 2005--Autobase, Inc. is pleased to announce the rollout of the Certified Autobase Partner Program(TM) (CAP). Through the CAP initiative, Autobase will provide interface components that allow vital access to and from solutions in the Autobase product suite. Such access will enable vendors to deliver valuable bi-directional data integration to dealers.

Through the CAP Program, Autobase will provide approved technology vendors with a certified software developer's kit (SDK) and the comprehensive training necessary to build powerful integration to Autobase products. Such training will take place at the Autobase Corporate Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Participating vendors must meet specific technical criteria, including interface validation and testing. Vendors will also be required to re-certify every two years to maintain certification under the CAP Program.
