Navistar and LRN Partner on Comprehensive Legal, Compliance, and Ethics Education

WARRENVILLE, Ill. and LOS ANGELES, Jan. 31, 2005 -- Navistar International Corporation(R) , The nation's largest combined commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engine producer, and LRN(R), the provider of online legal, compliance and ethics education and corporate governance services, announced today that they have reached a multiyear agreement to provide the Navistar workforce with a legal and ethics awareness education program through the LRN Legal Compliance and Ethics Center(TM) (LCEC(R)).
