NMDA Initiates Numerous Manufacturer Partnership Negotiations at V-Twin Expo

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Jan. 31, 2005--The National Motorcycle Dealers Association, a subsidiary of MBA Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:MBAH), just concluded a highly successful weekend as an exhibitor at the V-Twin Expo, the prominent motorcycle industry trade show in Cincinnati hosted by EasyRiders, a leading motorcycle magazine publisher and trade show sponsor. The show was visited by 20-30,000 attendees and provided maximum exposure for the NMDA which received potential partnership inquiries from as many as 50 companies in attendance.

Meetings with numerous motorcycle manufacturers resulted in commitments from two American motorcycle manufacturers to actively participate in the NMDA. These two manufacturers have pledged to actively promote NMDA membership to their collective 150+ dealer network. Discussions include enlisting these dealership networks in the Blue Sky and Wildside rental programs and the promotion of the NMDA's leasing program. Announcements will be made upon completion of agreements with these important new NMDA manufacturer partners.

Other leading manufacturers were met with regarding participation in the NMDA and the inclusion of their dealer networks in the rental and leasing programs. Among these companies is a world leader in the manufacture of a wide variety of recreational sports vehicles. Their participation would significantly expand the range of vehicle types available for lease and rental at NMDA sponsored locations.

Central to the NMDA's business strategy has been primary partnerships with manufacturers, including key American custom build bike manufacturers experiencing heavy growth. The build out of the NMDA is now coming to fruition as its rental and leasing programs provide a powerful incentive for winning these key business alliances and the recruitment of these dealership networks. The heretofore untapped synergies found by combining leasing with rentals leverages NMDA membership growth opportunities and will help grow new sales channels for these manufacturers' production output.

The NMDA has already produced excellent results for Carefree Motorcycles, a quality Arizona custom bike manufacturer. The NMDA has helped arrange a dozen new dealerships for Carefree in the USA and Canada and assisted in the sale of dozens of Carefree floor display bikes at the Toronto and Cincinnati trade shows and the first Kruse Auction Show. The ability of the NMDA to fuel the growth of these manufacturers is the kind of proof of performance that ensures the company's success.

Another key development resulted from meeting with many additional major motorcycle manufacturers. Now being actively explored is a potential new program with the NMDA underwriting a risk pool for product liability insurance for a coalition of motorcycle manufacturers. This would be a significant accomplishment and a prime example of the value of the NMDA's capacity to deliver the volume discount services sought by industry members.

The NMDA also secured a partnership commitment from an established trucking concern to offer the nationwide transportation of individual motorcycles and fleets. This program will be combined with plans to expand the marketing scope of the company's bike rental operations by offering group touring packages which often depend on the delivery of large numbers of motorcycles to specific locations. A first package tour has already been booked by European clients for a three week, nine person tour this Summer with Blue Sky and future efforts will be made to market rental tours to the lucrative European audience. Plans are already underway for a trucking delivery of a Blue Sky rental bike fleet to be in operation at the upcoming Daytona bike rally week this March.

The NMDA also successfully exhibited in January at the Toronto International Motorcycle SuperShow, the premiere trade show in Canada. Details on a major agreement are being finalized with a consortium of established business leaders based in Toronto to represent the NMDA in Canada. This partnership would be responsible for promoting NMDA programs and growing the dealership network in Canada, the first dozen of which have already pledged to join. The NMDA expects to be fully operational in Canada for high season and is very pleased with this pending representation partnership. Arrangements for all levels of consumer financing in Canada, from prime to sub-prime, are well under way.

MBA Holdings is about to submit its current SEC filing. The company has successfully managed the costs of the build out of the NMDA while maintaining its traditional warranty business operations. The financials of the current filing represent the prior business model of MBA. The future of the NMDA will reflect the rapidly developing events since the formation of the NMDA and is expected to result in positive growth in the future.

Efforts are now underway to heighten investor awareness of MBA Holdings. Coverage of the company has commenced on the StockHouse and SmallCapCenter investment websites to bring MBAH to the attention of hundreds of thousands of potential new investors. A link is provided below to access an internet broadcast interview with CEO Gaylen Brotherson.

MBA Holdings and NMDA are now entering a new era with a solid business plan to attain rapid growth alongside its partner companies and the motorcycle industry as a whole. The company believes the forthcoming fiscal quarters represent vital new growth opportunities for the company and its shareholders.
