LIVONIA, Mich., Jan. 27, 2005 -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. announced today that it plans to release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2004 financial results at 8:00 a.m. (EST) on Thursday, February 17, 2005. The Company has scheduled a conference call to occur the same day at 10:00 a.m., where John C. Plant, president and chief executive officer, and Joseph S. Cantie, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the Company's fourth quarter and full year financial results and other related matters.
