Oxlo Systems AutoTPX(TM) Moves Quickly to First Deployment

Integration-Focused Value Proposition Winning Dealer and System Vendor Approval

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Jan. 26 -- Oxlo Systems Inc., the universal Dealership Communications Hub (DCH) provider for the automotive retail market, today announced the first production deployment of its AutoTPX(TM) integration platform at Speedcraft Volkswagen of Rhode Island. According to Dealer Management System (DMS) vendor and Oxlo channel partner Auto/Mate, the Speedcraft Volkswagen deployment comes within several weeks of signing a reseller agreement with Oxlo.

"The speed with which this deal was completed speaks to both pent up demand and the confidence Oxlo has quickly built with us, our customers, and VW" said Paul Fullum, CEO of Auto/Mate. "Oxlo AutoTPX(TM) removes the complexity of DCS integration for ourselves, our customers, and the OEMs we work with, and we expect to close many more deals both within the VW network and within other OEM networks as well."

"Following an extensive DMS search we selected Auto/Mate in June 2004 with one reservation, the lack of VW integration," said Carl Bowen of Speedcraft Volkswagen. "With Oxlo AutoTPX(TM) there is no compromise, we keep the functionality from Auto/Mate that we rely upon to run our business and gain the VW integration that allows us to streamline our internal processes."

Auto/Mate intends to actively promote the combination of its DMS solution with AutoTPX(TM) to VW and Audi dealerships and already has its second dealer scheduled for deployment with Oxlo AutoTPX(TM) this month.
