Lund International Announces Warehouse Consolidation

DULUTH, Ga., Jan. 25, 2005 -- It was announced today that a task force would be formed to lead the consolidation of warehousing functions of the Lund Accessories and Ventshade Accessories Divisions.

The Company has entered into a long-term lease for a 200,000 square foot warehouse located at 665 Raco Drive in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Modifications to the facility, which is located next to the Ventshade Accessories Division manufacturing plant, will include direct and easy access between the two buildings and will begin in the last quarter of 2005. The Company intends to be operational in this new facility by January 2006.

As part of the warehouse relocation, the Company will also relocate certain administrative functions currently housed at the Lund Accessories Division and Ventshade Accessories Division to an enlarged corporate office in Duluth, GA.

When this project is completed, the Company expects to significantly improve customer service through more effective and timely shipments. In addition to efficiency gains, this new facility has been designed to allow for further consolidation and growth of Lund International.

Lund International designs, manufactures and markets a wide variety of appearance products for the automotive aftermarket, including window vents, visors, hood shields, running boards, bed covers, spoilers, toolboxes, cargo management and other accessories. Those products are sold under the brand names Auto Ventshade(TM), Belmor(R), Deflecta-Shield(R), Lund(R), Nifty(TM), and Trenz(R). Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, the company has eight locations and more than 1,000 employees.
