Westport Announces Third Quarter Conference Call for February 1, 2005

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--Jan. 2, 20055, 2005--Westport Innovations Inc. (TSX:WPT) announced today that it will disclose its fiscal 2005 third quarter financial results on February 1, 2005. To coincide with the disclosure, Westport has scheduled a conference call for Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 8 am (Pacific Standard Time).
