American Automobile Association 'AAA' Selects Centergistic Solutions' AgentView Enterprise for Contact Center Performance Management

ORANGE, Calif.--Jan. 2, 20051, 2005--The American Automobile Association (AAA) of Michigan has selected Centergistic Solutions' AgentView(R) Enterprise Performance Management software to serve their 200-seat contact center in Omaha, Neb.

The AgentView system will collect and create combined metrics from AAA's Avaya CMS ACD system. They will use a combination of real-time data and cumulative totals to provide a total performance picture. They have also purchased seven LED displays for high-impact visibility. AAA is an existing AgentView customer with the system installed in four existing locations.

AgentView Enterprise is a real-time performance management system that collects and combines key data from any data source in the contact center. AgentView allows the user to create performance indicators that can be published to virtually any system, such as the desktop, plasma, readerboards, TV monitors and to the Web for 24/7 global access.
