Energy & Engine Technology Corporation Announces Streamlining of Its Corporate Direction and Business Plan
PLANO, Texas, Jan. 18, 2005 -- EENT (BULLETIN BOARD: EENT) announces that it has streamlined its corporate direction and business plan to cover a vertical play in power generation across trucking, marine, commercial, RV, military and residential power generation applications. Given EENT's successes in 2004, including its July 2004 acquisition of BMZ Generators, commencement of production in its new 10,000 square foot production facility in Pompano Beach, Florida and positive market reaction to its truck and marine generator products, EENT has decided to focus its business plan on power generation opportunities and related products. EENT has signed a letter of intent to sell its Gas Gathering Enterprises business, and it has a letter of intent to sell its Wind Dancer Aviation Services FBO (both subject to due diligence).
Production and sales from the Pompano Beach facility continue to expand with the first 20 AXP 1000 units with EENT's new split unit air conditioning option being readied for shipment. Building upon its 2004 successes, EENT looks forward to an even more productive 2005, and will continue to expand through internal growth and strategic acquisitions such as the manufacturer of its new split unit air conditioning option set for the end of the first quarter in 2005.
For those interested in a live view of EENT's production progress, EENT has made parts of its facility available for public viewing over the Internet at http://www.eent.net/ .
EENT's CEO, Will McAndrew, said: "Of the three business opportunities we developed we believe that the widest range of opportunity and profitability is the power generation niche. By disposing of the other businesses this quarter, we will be able to focus on what we believe to be our core and potentially most successful opportunity. I believe that 2005 will be the year we will finally be noticed by the industry and start to realize our full market potential."
