TOLEDO, Ohio, Jan. 18, 2005 -- Dana Corporation announced today that it plans to release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2004 results on Wednesday, February 23, 2005. A conference call discussing these results is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST on that date.
