NowAuto, Inc. Announces That Wholly Owned Subsidiary Navicom GPS Was Approved by Mercury Insurance Group for Policy Discounts

Navicom Becomes 4th Approved Theft Device From Mercury, Added to the List of LoJack, OnStar, Teletrac

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 14 -- NowAuto, Inc. announced today that wholly owned subsidiary Navicom, a leader in GPS tracking technology, was approved by Mercury Insurance Group for comprehensive insurance discounts of 10%. Policyholders that use the Navicom system are given an additional 10% off their comprehensive insurance policy. Navicom is only the 4th approved tracking system by Mercury and will be added to the list of LoJack, OnStar, and Teletrac. Mercury Insurance Group operates in several states and is the 3rd largest insurer in California.

Mercury Insurance Group was considering discounts for customers who have Navicom installed on their vehicle but we received the approval much sooner than we expected. Navicom creates satellite maps on the Internet to show the vehicle within a five-foot range giving latitude, longitude, address, speed, direction, date and time.   1.  Navicom, a subsidiary of NowAuto, has cutting-edge GPS technology
      that covers 98% of the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  The

  2.  NowAuto owns used-vehicle dealerships.  These dealerships are
      targeted at buyers with sub-prime credit to finance a vehicle with
      no credit check.  Using Navicom's technology the Company can shut
      down the car if payments are not received.  NowAuto sells its
      automobiles for an average of $7,000 with healthy profit margins.
