Energy & Engine Technology Corporation Announces Appointment of National Sales Manager

PLANO, Texas, Jan. 13, 2005 -- EENT (BULLETIN BOARD: EENT) announces that it has appointed Jack Woginrich of Palmerton, Pennsylvania as its National Sales Manager. Jack brings over 32 years of experience in the trucking industry to EENT, having concentrated his career in various sales functions in industry sectors including warehouse distributors, dealers and OEM vehicle and component manufacturers. During his career, Jack has had extensive regional and national responsibility on key accounts as well as having managed a network of independent manufacturers' representatives. Given his location, EENT will gain representation to the North East markets, which should generate a significant portion of EENT's AXP revenue going forward.

EENT's CEO, Will McAndrew, said: "The hiring of Jack Woginrich represents the inception of EENT's full marketing program.
