Delphi to Announce Calendar Year and Fourth Quarter Earnings Results on January 20

CEO and CFO to Host Briefing

WHAT: Delphi Corp. will host a briefing and conference call for news media representatives, institutional investors and security analysts to discuss Delphi's calendar year and fourth quarter 2004 earnings results.

WHO: Delphi's Chairman and CEO J.T. Battenberg III and Delphi's Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer Alan S. Dawes will host this event. The meeting will include a brief overview of Delphi's calendar year and fourth quarter 2004 earnings results followed by an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
