2005 NAIAS: Media Offered Close-Up Look at Ford's Hydrogen 'Ice' Buses and Fuel Cell Vehicles

  WHAT:    Ford Motor Company invites media to get up close and personal
           with walk-arounds of its new Ford V-10, Hydrogen E-450 shuttle
           bus and opportunities to drive the Focus Fuel Cell Vehicle, with
           a Ford technical expert, at the North American International Auto
           Show.

  WHEN:    V-10, E-450 Walk-arounds -- Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 10-11, from
           1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
           Drive the Ford Focus Fuel Cell Vehicle -- Monday, Jan. 10,
           between 1:30 and 4 p.m. and Tuesday, Jan. 11, between 10 a.m. and
           12:30 p.m.

  WHERE:   Atwater Entrance of Cobo Center (shuttle pick-up station at Cobo)

  WHO:     Ford Motor Company's Vance Zanardelli, Mark Sulek and Phil Chizek
           
  SUMMARY: NAIAS gives media and opportunity to experience first-hand the
           potential of Ford's hydrogen-powered vehicles.  Ford is the only
           automaker actively pursuing the development of four robust
           alternative-fuel vehicles -- full hybrid gasoline-electric,
           hydrogen internal combustion engine, hydrogen fuel cell and clean
           diesel.
