Pegasus TransTech Names Don Burke Vice President of Professional Services

Pegasus TransTech, a leading provider of truck stop scanning and business process improvement solutions to the transportation industry, has named Don Burke vice president of professional services.
In his new role, Burke will spearhead Pegasus' efforts to deliver a best-in-class customer experience to trucking carriers of all sizes. His responsibilities will include leading Pegasus' professional services team in continuing to develop product enhancements, improve Pegasus' service offerings and expand implementation capabilities.
Burke joined Pegasus TransTech in 1999 as manager of training. Since then, he has played an indispensable role in the company's efforts to continuously increase customer satisfaction. He was named director of customer support in 2000. Most recently, Burke was director of professional services, responsible for engineering, product training and customer support. Under Burke's leadership, Pegasus has streamlined many internal processes, developed customer-centric metrics and introduced an array of product and service enhancements.

Prior to joining Pegasus six years ago, Burke served as vice president of The Summit Group, a Denver-based consulting organization specializing in leadership development and work process effectiveness for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from Colorado State University.
