Audiovox Launches Phase Linear by Jensen New Line has Been Designed for Mass Distribution

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., and LAS VEGAS, Jan. 6, 2005 -- Audiovox Corporation used the 2005 Consumer Electronics Show to launch Phase Linear by Jensen, their brand new line of car audio directed at the mass distribution retail channel.

The line will feature eye-catching cosmetics driven by high-tech circuit deigns and the company believes they will be a winning combination at the retail level. Phase Linear by Jensen will include twelve head units with a wide range of features including CD as well as some with MP3, detachable faceplates, DIN and Double DIN sizes. Head units will range in price from $29.99 to $179.99.

The two speaker lines include a ULS Series, featuring Jensen True Blue illuminated cones and the US Series, five regular coaxial and tri-axial models. There is also an OE factory replacement speaker series (sold as singles) with nine models in the most common replacement sizes.

The Phase Linear amplifiers include a 60 x 4 and a 60 x 2 (Peak Power) with MOSFET Speaker outputs, short circuit protection, low pass crossover 40-240Hz, high-level inputs. Mounting hardware included.
