Consolidated Sports Media Group, Inc. Announces Merchandising Partner
ADDISON, Texas--Jan. 4, 2005--Consolidated Sports Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSGU) today announced it has reached an agreement with Eagle Promotions to be the exclusive merchandise partner on the Racetrack Girls Go Nutz and Racetrack Rednecks video series and Trackfest project.Eagle Promotions, based in Las Vegas, will produce, market and coordinate point-of-sale and on-line business in regards to Racetrack Girls Go Nutz, Racetrack Rednecks and Trackfest T-shirts, hats, key chains and other products.

Race Track Girls Go Nutz is a video series featuring real, raw and uncensored fans partying near race venues around the country. The first video of the series -- Girls of the Dirty South -- is currently available for free at www.racetrackgirls.com.
Racetrack Rednecks is a video series featuring some of the wildest parties thrown by some of the wackiest race fans.
And Trackfest is a mobile, high-tech party catering to motor sports fans on location throughout the United States.
