KVH Industries and DIRECTV to Host Joint Press Conference; Senior Executives to Address the Media During the 2005 International Consumer Electronics Show

MIDDLETOWN, R.I.--Jan. 4, 2005--KVH Industries, Inc., , manufacturer of the award-winning TracVision(R) A5 automotive satellite TV system, and DIRECTV, Inc., the nation's leading digital multichannel television service provider, will host a joint press conference during the 2005 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The press conference will feature Martin Kits van Heyningen, KVH's president and chief executive officer, and Daren Benzi, DIRECTV's vice president of sales development and strategy. Topics will include the latest news about TracVision A5 sales and distribution programs, DIRECTV's automotive satellite TV programming package, and the growing acceptance of and demand for live satellite TV in cars. The event is scheduled for 2:00 PM Pacific Time at the KVH booth (#5806, North Hall, Las Vegas Convention Center) and is open to members of the media and industry analysts attending CES.
