LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.--Jan. 3, 2005--

Acquisition brings fifth FreedomRoads dealership to the Carolinas and establishes company in upper portion of North Carolina

FreedomRoads, LLC., the nation's largest RV retailer, today announced it has acquired Colfax Country RV of Colfax, North Carolina, in the Greensboro area. The dealership will become part of Holiday Kamper which operates four dealerships in the Carolinas and establishes FreedomRoads in the upper portion of North Carolina. This brings the total number of FreedomRoads dealerships to 51 nationally.

Colfax Country RV was acquired from manufacturer Coachman Industries and will primarily sell Coachman and sister company products. In addition, FreedomRoads will add a FreedomExpress store within the dealership and anticipates that opening in 60-90 days.
