XcelPlus International Inc. Announces Reduction of Global Carbon Particulate Emission is Possible NOW

There is also testing from a farming group in Sweden that shows carbon particulate reductions of 5-10%. The University of Utah shows that the XcelPlus Engine Treatment will increase mileage by as much as 17%.
