Air-Trak, Inc. Names Greg White as President and CEO; Brings Leadership and Experience to Drive Company's Growth

SAN DIEGO--Dec. 2, 20040, 2004--Air-Trak, Inc., a developer of the Cloudberry GPS tracking and communications system, announced today that Greg White has been named president and CEO. White, who has been serving as interim CEO since August, brings experience in all aspects of early-stage company growth, including strategic planning, team building, partnership development, and fundraising.

White's previous experience includes more than twenty-three years in executive management, business development, and sales within the technology industry. Prior to Air-Trak, he was a partner with the Autobahn Consulting Group LLC, a high-tech management consulting firm. Previously, White served as founder and CEO of Kablink, an innovative photo-sharing Web site. He was also founding CEO of TriTeal, an enterprise software company that went public after three private funding rounds. White has also worked in various sales management roles at Sun Microsystems, AGE Logic (now NetManage), Apollo Computer, and Hewlett Packard.

Founded in 1999, Air-Trak develops location, tracking, and communications systems that increase productivity and profitability for mobile enterprises. The company's Cloudberry system combines global positioning system (GPS), wireless communications, and Internet technologies, providing real-time, historical, and exception-based reporting to improve mobile workforce efficiency and security.
