Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors declared its first quarter dividend of $.13 per share payable January 10, 2005 to shareholders on record as of December 24, 2004. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 252nd consecutive cash dividend.
