WHAT:  Local media are invited to join Senator George Allen during
       his tour of the Siemens VDO Automotive facility located in 
       Newport News, Va. for an introduction to the company's Fuel 
       Components manufacturing and engineering operations.

WHY:   While the Senate is adjourned, Senator Allen intends to visit
