ArvinMeritor to Sell Non-Core Automotive Stampings and Components Manufacturing Business
TROY, Mich., Dec. 9, 2004 -- ArvinMeritor, Inc. announced today that it has sold its Light Vehicle Systems (LVS) Columbus, Ind., automotive stampings and components manufacturing operation to privately-owned Columbus Components Group (CCG), LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

It will continue to do so through a multi-year supply agreement with CCG, thereby providing employees with tremendous growth opportunities."
