TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE(SM) Welcomes Retired General Tommy Franks as National Spokesperson and Advisor

BRADENTON, Fla., Dec. 8, 2004 -- TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE(SM) (TAA), the company that created the successful program specifically designed to keep our teen drivers safe with cutting edge GPS technology enhanced with "Teen Driver" decals, is proud to welcome Retired General Tommy Franks to the TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE Family. General Franks will act as the company national spokesperson and advisor.

"Each year, 1 in 20 teenagers will die or be seriously injured in an automobile crash. 5,933 teenagers (aged 13-19) died in motor vehicle crashes in 2002. This represents an average of 16 teenagers losing their lives EVERYDAY. These statistics are unacceptable! Parents and teenagers need to work together for the safety of the family," said General Franks.

"We are thrilled that General Franks shares in our mission of promoting safer teen driving as we strive to reduce the tragic number of young people who are injured or killed each year in motor vehicle crashes," said Rob Berry, founder of TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE.

TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE has harnessed advanced GPS and software technology to affordably connect parents to their teen drivers. TAA currently offers two levels of protection combined with a rewards system for teens, where they can win restaurant and clothing gift certificates, music downloads and CD's, computers, scholarships and even a new car.

  The program options consist of:
   (1) GPS Program that includes real time GPS locating capability of the
new cellular phone a teen driver receives. (Visit
http://www.teenarrivealive.com/ for details.) This GPS technology
allows parents to go online and see a map of where their teen is,
what direction they are traveling, and how fast they are driving.
They can also retrieve location and speed information from any
   telephone.

   (2) Decal Program (similar to the highly successful "How's My Driving?"
decals seen on commercial vehicles nationwide) that bears a toll-free
phone number and personalized decal number. The TAA Decal Program
provides access to driving reports through their IVR (interactive
   voice recognition) system.

If a concerned citizen notices something erratic with a teen's driving, they simply call the toll-free number on the decal (which has protection against prank callers) and leave a message relaying the driving behavior they witnessed. The message is immediately routed to the parents, where they can receive a phone call, voice mail, e-mail, or go onto the TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE website to receive the report. Parents establish how they want to be notified if a report is received on their teen driver's decal.

Parents have the option of allowing their teen to also receive immediate notification that a report was received on the teen's decal. If teens are equipped with a cell phone that accepts MP3 ring-tone downloads they need not answer their cell phone while driving -- the ring-tone notifies them of a report on their decal (or a voice message is broadcast from the speaker function on certain phones) in an effort to immediately modify the driver's behavior before an accident occurs.

"As a parent, I know it is not only my right, but also my responsibility to keep an eye on and protect my children. I can't always be with them, but knowledge is power," said General Franks. "If I know where my kids are, where they're going, how they're driving and how fast they're traveling, I can counsel them before an accident occurs. I can help protect them."

About TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE: The ultimate mission of TEEN ARRIVE ALIVE is to save lives. TAA provides parents with products that can help monitor their teen's driving habits in an effort to save lives through encouragement of responsible driving techniques.
