VF Imagewear to Acquire Holoubek, Licensee of Harley-Davidson Brand Apparel

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Dec. 8, 2004--VF Imagewear, a division of VF Corporation, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Holoubek, Inc. With sales in excess of $40 million, Wisconsin-based Holoubek has been an apparel licensee of Harley-Davidson, Inc. for over 20 years. Products include t-shirts, fleece and other casual apparel products, which are sold exclusively in Harley-Davidson dealerships around the country. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to be completed in January 2005.
