RepairOne(R) to Acquire Meineke Car Care Center in South Daytona

PORT ORANGE, Fla., Dec. 7, 2004 -- RepairOne(R) Automotive Concepts LLC announced today the creation of a purchase agreement to acquire the Meineke Car Care Center in South Daytona within the month. Once renovated, the Meineke building will serve as the second RepairOne(R) auto repair/service center in central Florida.

"We believe the South Daytona market will be experiencing rapid growth and redevelopment, just as we've seen in other parts of Volusia County," said Justin Tjarks, operating partner of RepairOne(R). "The proximity of the new location to our first store will give us an even greater ability to serve our customers."

The new RepairOne(R) Service Center will be located at 2325 S. Ridgewood Avenue in South Daytona, just minutes from the company's original location at 501 Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange. Conversion of the Meineke building will begin in mid-December with an anticipated opening by January 3, 2005.
