AVL Global, Inc. and Enhanced Vehicle Applications Announce Strategic Alliance

FORT GRATIOT, Mich.--Dec. 7, 2004--AVL Global, Inc. (OTC:AVLL) announced today that the Company reached an agreement with EVA, Enhanced Vehicle Applications LLC, of Green Bay Wisconsin, to provide existing customers with ongoing support and to work collectively on a mutually beneficial product development strategy. As of December 1st, 2004 EVA began supporting current non-GSM customers by acquiring existing servers, back-office, mapping engine, and tracking applications developed by AVL.

Under the agreement AVL will assist EVA with customized back-office and website upgrades for its North American customer base, while exclusively allocating internal resources to the international GSM market.

Tyler Fisher, AVL's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stated, "We are always striving to lead the market in automated vehicle location. This agreement will deepen and broaden our penetration footprint and is indicative of our continued progress." He continued, "The recent merger of AT&T Wireless with Cingular Wireless, a joint subsidiary of Bell South and SBC Communications , proves that our early GSM R&D effort is perfectly timed with North American GSM service. This, in return gives our GSM Chaperone product more value to key partners like EVA."

Presently test units are operating in Green Bay, WI, Boston, MA, Los Angeles, CA, Louisville, KY, and Mexico.
