AIAG Appoints Goodrich as Director of Finance
DETROIT, Dec. 6, 2004 -- The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) announced today that Lorraine Goodrich has been appointed director of finance for the association.

Goodrich will oversee AIAG's financial operations and reporting, as well as customer service functions. She reports to Linda Plawecki, acting executive director.

Goodrich has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience in the medical, information technology and agricultural industries. Previously, she was director of finance and administration for Trinary Systems, Inc., a provider of business-to-business e-commerce and e-process solutions.
Prior to joining Trinary, Goodrich served as controller for Universal Standard Medical Laboratories, Inc. and Metric Medical Laboratory, Inc., and financial accounting manager and assistant treasurer for Farmers' Rice Cooperative.
Goodrich is a certified public accountant. She holds a Master of Finance degree from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University in Sacramento, Calif. She is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) Controllers Task Force and Financial Executives Networking Group.
A native of Redwood City, Calif., Goodrich resides in Bloomfield, Mich.
