Veteran Automotive Executive Darwin Clark Joins Oxlo Board of Directors

Former GM Executive Brings Wealth of Automotive Experience to Dealership Integration Software Company

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Dec. 6 -- Oxlo Systems Inc., the leading provider of specialized integration solutions for the automotive retail market, today announced the appointment of Darwin E. Clark to its board of directors effective December 9, 2004. Clark brings deep expertise in the automotive industry and specifically in automotive retail, having been closely involved with all aspects of dealer operations during his career with General Motors Corporation.

Clark retired earlier in 2004 after a distinguished 44 year career at GM where he started as a draftsman in the Buick division. Most recently Clark served as Vice President Industry Dealer Affairs for North America. In this role Clark led the initiative to rebuild dealer confidence in GM. Under Clark's leadership GM's North American team increased dealer satisfaction more than 50% as measured by the National Automobile Dealers Association's dealer attitude survey.

"Darwin's unique experience working with franchised automobile dealers will be instrumental in helping to form Oxlo's strategic objectives in an increasingly dynamic market for automotive dealer software," said Jim Lejeal, CEO at Oxlo. "Our ability to attract such a well regarded industry leader as Darwin validates the potential of Oxlo's solutions in the auto dealer market."

"Dealers have to put the right information in their people's hands when they're talking to customers," said Clark. "Oxlo's plan to integrate dealer and carmaker systems will help dealers sell more cars and trucks and provide better customer service. It's exactly what dealers need in today's increasingly competitive market."
